The National’s Weekender carries a featured cover story of
Mt. Hagen Cultural Show and the highlands population is already excited about
the show as indicated by the street sales of the papers. Peter Las from Mendi
who resides in Mt. Hagen doing The National’s newspaper sales said more people
had bought the paper compared to previous weekend. “I made a sale record of 75
copies than last weekend. I sold only 40 papers last weekend,” Las said.
